    Browse Sequences?

    Some more newbie questions.  :)

In robohelp we had the concept of browse sequences. If a series of topics are related, the user could hit the forward button and read through them in a logical order.

Is there an equivalent with Help 2.x?  Is there any way to import these sequences so we don't have to manually regenerate that kind of functionality?

    Thanks!

Any ideas on this one? I've seen other vendor help files where they put their own forward and back buttons in the header of each topic that then navigate through the table of contents. Is that possible with HelpStudio?  I'm thinking of functionality like the "Next Topic" menu option under the Help menu in the HelpStudio help system.  How was that implemented?

     Thanks in Advance,

    J.D.

    Re: Browse Sequences?

HelpStudio doesn't include automatic support for browse sequences at present - it's something we hope to include in future. You can certainly include next / previous links in your topics manually though (I recognize that's less that an ideal solution).

I'm not quite sure what you mean by the 'Next Topic' menu option in the HelpStudio help - I couldn't see that option here.
