Hi,

how can I tell Document! X where my XML code documentation files reside that the C# compiler has built?

In my case, these files are not in the same directory as the assemblies, because I have a preprocessing event running after compilation that moves all result files to a central location.

Currently I cannot use Document! X. It shows error messages for all assemblies regarding the XML doc files.

This question was also posted to support, I'm posting the answer here for info:

"In order for Document! X to locate your XML comment files, they need to be in the same directory as your assembly with the same filename and a .xml extension."
