As it no longer seems like you are actively pushing the product (i.e. it's not listed on your products page), can I assume it is no longer being actively developed? Are there any plans to release new versions or to continue to support it?

SmartTasks is currently not being actively developed. While we're not ruling out further work on it in the future, at present it has been withdrawn in order to allow us to focus on our other product ranges.
